I came across many different pieces of news and information in a day but I recently stumble upon a company called Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, aka NACA and then found an article written by Diana Olick about the company. Now if you don't know who Diana Olick is she is an Emmy-award winning journalist, her focus is Real Estate and she is with CNBC. Her Article gives some testimonials and insight into the company and how they are offering low interest, no down payment mortgages to low to moderate income people and minorities.
What shocked me the most is that they have a 90 percent approval rate and in the six years they been doing this have no foreclosures. That is a true game changer, and is much needed because everyone deserves a roof over their head. The information is almost had to believe and digest.
