Power of the Bandit!

The quick Bandit

The thrill of driving around town looking for properties to market and researching and finding high traffic areas to put bandit signs in gets my adrenaline going. I must admit I felt a sense of achievement getting this far. Everything I do towards the ultimate goal reassures my current tasks and my overall confidence in myself. 

But those Bandit signs they are something else. One thing that shocked me was I put up signs at night and then drove around the next day to make sure they still stand and on one street I noticed some were already gone! That was too fast, in fact it took me by surprise although that was the reason I was back there. I made sure I didn't put them on anyone's property and that they were not close to any local transportation stops so people can't mess with it, essentially they were all posted in the middle of a two way street in the lil grass spot that separate the roads. So If someone took it down they. Took as much effort as I had putting them up to take them down. 

I still get a thrill out of doing it, after seeing a loss in something I invested my money into I realize that this was the ultimate fate of all the bandit signs. Eventually someone was going to come and tear them all down. So is it worth it? Well that night I was out I received a phone call, that same night! Also received a call from a realtor the next day too so it seemed to be working. No Leads has called in yet.

Maybe people aren't aware or don't have knowledge to even understand what I am doing. Well if that is the case then it is up to me to ensure they do. The only way to do that is to get the message out there. 

SO back to the bandit signs. Why not take an educational approach, that may have a better turn out. People love to learn, even if they think they don't they do. So maybe I'll have luck with that, well we will see.
