This time of the year is always interesting in the Real Estate industry. Its back to school season so a lot of focus comes on that as well as the upcoming holiday season. So getting your money right is more than necessary but. What happens if you own a property or properties and you are forced to lower your rent? There has to be some serious thought taken in to account when doing that. Essentially you are just lowering your own stream of income but if you want to stay competitive it may be forced upon you.
